Call 911 or go to the ER

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Trouble breathing
  • Signs of a stroke: face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech
  • Severe bleeding, a serious injury, or a broken bone that pierces the skin
  • Fainting, sudden confusion, or a seizure
  • Thoughts of harming yourself

Go to urgent care

Urgent care centers treat problems that can't wait but aren't emergencies, especially in the evening or on weekends:

  • Minor cuts that may need stitches
  • Sprains and minor injuries
  • Fever, flu symptoms, sore throat, or ear pain
  • Painful urination

Call your clinic first

For new symptoms, medication questions, refills, and ongoing conditions, call Zero to 120 Care at (425) 440-7760 during office hours. After hours, for non-emergency questions, call (253) 293-5757. Your own clinic knows your history, and a clinic visit usually costs much less than the ER.
